Resolved - Between 13:30 and 17:15 (CET) today, many of our online notetaker bots were not correctly scheduled. As a result, the Donna Notetaker did not automatically join many of the calls that started in this time window. Some calls were unaffected, and Donna could still join normally when users added her manually.

The issue was fully resolved at 17:15 CET, and automatic bot scheduling has been working normally since then. Other scheduled services (such as pre-meeting briefings) were not impacted.

We’re currently working on improving our monitoring to detect similar partial failures earlier.

👉 If Donna does not automatically join a call, you can always try adding her manually as a workaround.
